The founder of the company, Paul Chapman, spent the first twenty years of his working life as an educator and became concerned that nowhere in the curriculum are young Australians taught anything about the achievement of financial goals. Most of us know how to work for money, but know little about how to make money work for us.

As a father of five, he was very aware of the importance of budgeting, cash flows, the difference between assets and liabilities and the challenge of investment for future happiness. His entry into the Property Industry in 1988 revealed to him the wealth possibilities of carefully selected real estate.

Realising that one investment option alone, was not the only key to a successful financial future, Paul obtained his Masters Degree in Financial Planning, thus broadening the investment horizon. His philosophy is that financial freedom brings happiness because once we have achieved financial freedom, we then experience peace of mind and can choose our lifestyle.
